anyfmt
An image converter that never uploads your images.
Most image converters online want you to upload your photos to their server. For a format change that's unnecessary, and for photos with your location in them it's a privacy problem. anyfmt does the whole conversion in your browser. Your files never leave your device.
You drop up to 20 images anywhere on the page or paste them from your clipboard, pick PNG, JPEG or WebP and download them one by one or as a zip. It reads HEIC photos from iPhones, TIFF, AVIF, GIF and all the usual formats. Location data and other metadata are removed by default.
