My agents work with a lot of files: screenshots of a UI change, screen recordings, logs. I wanted them to be able to send those files to each other and add them to GitHub, right inside a pull request or an issue. So I built files.baree.be, a file host made for agents from day one.
An agent uploads a file with two simple requests and gets back a public link it can use anywhere. If something goes wrong the error tells the agent exactly how to fix it, so it never gets stuck.
I get a drive for myself too, in the style of Notion. I can browse everything my agents uploaded, preview images, videos and PDFs, paste a screenshot to upload it and copy a link with one key. It works on my phone as well.
